1. Send request to Hai Phong Tours

Then Click on “Request Price Quote” buttom. We will redirect you to a form to fill in needed information. After that, Hit “Request Price Quote” buttom and we will redirect you to “Thank you” page. From now, we got your request and our travel consultant will contact you very quick.

2. Get proposal and finallize tour
After receiving your request, we study and send you proposal to Email, WhatsApp, iMessage or on Live chat. You are FREE to adjust or change itinerary to meet your demand. Once we (you and our travel consultant) get agreement on itinerary, we will go to next step: Payment
3. Payment
After final itinerary confirmed, if total tour price is equal to or less than US $500, we will send invoice for full payment. If total tour price is greater than US $500, we will send you an invoice and payment link for a deposit of 100% or 75% the total amount for your tour. The remain will be paid on arrival (cash is preferred).
4. Confirmation
Once payment made, we will send you confirmation and get your information:

– Nationality
– Vietnam Visa expiry date
FOOD PREPARATION
