Tam Bac river Hai Phong has 20 pairs of swans. The project of embellishing Tam Bac river (the section from Lac Long bridge to Tam Bac park) not only helps improving the city’s traffic system but also creates focal points on the landscape and architecture along the river, create a beautiful image to attract tourists.

The project has a total investment of nearly VND 1,500 billion, implemented on a scale of more than 250 thousand m2, affecting more than 400 households but all received high consensus from the people.
