Hai Phong Tours collects people in Hanoi Old Quarter from 8h-8h30. And we pick up in Hai Phong hotel or Hai Phong airport from 11h00. If you land in Hai Phong airport earlier, please wait at coffee shop at A1 gate (click here) untill pick up time.
After pick up, Hai Phong Tours will drive you to Tuan Chau harbor for the first day of Combo tour Halong bay, Ninh Binh, Sapa 5 day.
Around 12h30, we will do check in procedures and get room onboard. Then we serve lunch at restaurant during the time our cruise heading to Halong center.
After lunch, we stop and climb to Sung Sot cave. This is the most amazing cave in Halong. Then, our cruise will turn to Titop island nearby. From here, you are free to swim or climb up to Titop peak to admire stunning panoramic view. Therefore, Hai Phong Tours will bring you back to to cruise. Then you are free to join in our cooking class in the dining room and have dinner. And the rest of the night, it’s time to relax or go fish for squid at tender. You will stay overnight onboard.
We will do Tai Chi exercise on the sundeck. Then after having breakfast, we will move to Drum cave. This is where we do kayaking. Next, we will transfer you back to the cruise and check out of your cabin. While turning back to harbor, you have chance to join in fruit carving demonstration and participate in the Cooking Class before enjoying a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
Around 12h00, Hai Phong Tours will bring you back to Hanoi. Time to arrive in Hanoi is about 16h30. Now we check in hotel and you are free to relax. You are free to walk around Hanoi Old Quarter to enjoy local food, drinks, buy souvenier…
Please have breakfast at your hotel then get ready at your hotel’s lobby from 8h – 8h30 for pick up. We will head to Hoa Lu temple first. This is the formal capital of Vietnam and famous for ancient temples of Le and the Dinh Dynasties. Then Hai Phong Tours will transfer you to Tam Coc to have lunch at 12h30.
After lunch, we will do boat trip to Tam Coc (3 caves) along Ngo Dong river with rice field behind. We will row through 3 caves and it’s about 2 hours long onboard.
Then, we get back to harbor and receive cycle. We will do cycling for an hour on quiet roads through villages, rice fields, rivers and rocky outcrops to Bich Dong (around 5 km).
Finally, we get back to Hanoi at around 18h. You have 2nd night in Hanoi Old Quarter to get to know more about life here.
6h30, please get ready at your hotel. We will pick you up to transfer to Sapa by bus.
13h, you will arrive at hotel to do check in and have lunch. Later, we will start to do trekking to Cat Cat Village from your hotel. You will experience Black H’mong tribe‘s life. Then enjoy wonderful views of the terraced rice paddy fields and Thac Bac waterfall. Also, during this trip, you will be able to learn more about culture, unique customs of minorities with traditional crafts such as weaving, touching carved silver, forged agricultural tools…Then you can see the Sapa hydroelectric power station which was built by the French in 20th century.
Next, our guide will bring you back to hotel to refresh. You will have dinner at restaurant at around 18h. Then you are free to enjoy roasted corn, baked eggs beside charcoal fire or go shopping. (stay overnight at hotel in Sapa).
08h30 – 09h00, After breakfast, check out hotel and we start trekking to Lao Chai village of Black H’mong people. Here we will discover their daily life and how they make traditional clothes, handicraft, indigo…We will visit Muong Hoa valley which provides the best view for golden rice terrace fields. Then, we walk to Ta Van village where Dzay people live. It is a small group of ethnic people in Vietnam with a rich culture and beautiful houses located on rice paddy fields. Next, we will have lunch and rest at local house.
14h, we will bring you back to Sapa town and ready for transfer back to Hanoi by limousine. You will be at hotel in Hanoi at around 22h.
